Timber’s scratch resistance is not as high as synthetic materials like vinyl. We recommend felt pads under furniture. The advantage of real wood is that it can be sanded and re-varnished to look new again.

Maintenance falls between vinyl and marble. Regular vacuuming and mopping with mild soap suffices, with sanding and re-varnishing recommended every few years depending on usage.

A deposit upon order confirmation reserves your materials and locks in your installation date. A second payment is collected on delivery of materials, and the balance is only collected at handover after your walk-through.
